The Edinburgh UNESCO City of Literature app – ‘Bookshops Trail’ – allows users to navigate the world’s first City of Literature by its many wonderful bookshops, both on foot and from afar, as well as explore and keep up to date with the events and news happening around the city.

Visitors can guide themselves around the city using our many wonderful bookshops. A map indicates the locations of the bookshops and the quickest way to get there, opening times, the type of stock, contact details and web links.

The What’s On and news features are constantly updated with events happening in Edinburgh’s literary world.

Free and a must have for the travelling booklover, this app will give users a visual and informative guide to the Edinburgh’s bookshops.
